- Develop a clear vision for what you want, what eating with ease looks like and will create.
- Activate awareness and acknowledge your patterns, habits and beliefs around food and eating.
- Experience and participate in Belief repatterning to Unblock resistance and free up space for change
Session 2 – Igniting Curiosity, Courage and Compassion for your Eating
Intention of this session: To explore and experience processes to resolve stress and old traumas so you can stop using to food to cope.
- Discover tools to deal with stress from old trauma and wounds, so you don’t turn to food to cope.
- Heal old stories contributing to eating stress
- Experience a Sacred Journey with Inner child, Inner Protector and Inner Nurturer
Session 3 – Hungers and Your Body’s Wisdom
Intention of this session: To unlock the wisdom of your body, and hone in on your hunger cues so you can empower your eating and nourish yourself on all levels – physically, emotionally and spiritually.
- Connect with your different hungers
- Explore your physical hunger and emotional hunger
- Experience a process of listening to your Body
- Receive an energy attunement to recalibrate your Digestion
Session 4 – From Emotional to Empowered Eating
Intention of this session: To transform and release emotions associated with your eating, so you can finally experience deep peace enjoyment and pleasure.
- Identify 6 core emotions and assess how you register these in your body
- Awaken awareness around emotional eating/restricting
